• Installations: Fit wood-burning stoves, multi-fuel stoves, biomass boilers, fireplaces, and flue/chimney systems A.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and safety standards.

• Certification: Issue a HETAS Certificate of Compliance, which proves the installation is safe and legal (important for insurance and when selling a property) B.

• Servicing & Maintenance: Carry out inspections, chimney sweeping, and repairs to keep appliances efficient and safe C.

• Advice: Guide homeowners on choosing the right stove, fuel type, and maintenance practices for efficiency and reduced emissions D.
